Grade II listed building transformed into Hull HQ

A GRADE II listed building in the centre of Hull is being transformed into the headquarters for 360 Chartered Accountants.

The Georgian townhouse at 19, Albion Street, is being restored externally, and inside will be a showcase of modern office space which will accommodate the firm’s growing client base and work force.

Andy Steele, director at 360 Chartered Accountants, says the refurbishment work, being carried out by Flex, should be ready for them to move into on May 1.

He said: “We are really excited about finally owning our own office, especially because 360 has grown so much since we opened our doors five years ago.

“We have now found the perfect location in the heart of the city. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to see how it looks once the renovations are completed and it’s been returned to its original splendour.

“Of course, as we are always extremely conscious of the environment and are working towards being entirely paperless, we use the very latest technology to ensure our clients’ have the most up-to-date information available to them at a moment’s notice.

“And our new offices will give us a much more suitable environment in which to train them with their online accounting systems.”

360 will be keeping its offices in Melton open for their clients in the west of Hull. Meanwhile, it’s hoped the move to the city centre will also attract more large corporate clients as well as being nearer to clients to the east of Hull.
