Appointments: Clarion, Irwin Mitchell

THE property team at Clarion has poached a partner from Squire Patton Boggs.

Lindsay Texel has joined the firm after a 17-year career as a commercial property lawyer.

Previously she trained at Eversheds, qualifying in 1998 before joining Squire Patton Boggs when it was called Hammonds.

Irwin Mitchell’s corporate team has been boosted by the appointment of dealmaker Philip Goldsborough, who has moved from Pinsent Masons. 

Mr Goldsborough specialises in cross-border merger and acquisitions ajnd corporate finance work.

He joins as a partner, the sixth to join the firm’s business legal services division since the start 2015.
