SENIOR associate director Nick Alcock has been appointed to Dacre Son & Hartley’s Harrogate office on Albert Street.

He returns to the office where he launched his career 20 years ago.

A respected estate agent is returning to the office where he first started his career in property 20 years ago. Nick Alcock has been appointed as branch manager at Dacre Son & Hartley’s flagship Harrogate office which is based on Albert Street in the centre of the town.

Mr Alcock said: “Harrogate has a thriving property market, located in the heart of the golden triangle, which has been crowned the happiest place to live three years in a row, which is a reflection of its huge popularity.”

ESTATE agency, Ewemove York, has appointed two new associates as it strengthens its team in York.

Former retail manager Jonathan Dawson and Simon Burbridge, a former operations manager, have joined the growing business.

LEEDS vehicle leasing and rental business AMT Group has made two new appointments

Denise House has joined as a vehicle rental area manager for the South, based at AMT’s Enfield location. She previously worked for IT Fleet Automotive and has more than 20 years’ experience in automotive rental and fleet management.

Shaun Kelly joined AMT Group six years ago as a reservations manager and has been promoted to business development manager North for AMT Vehicle Rental.
