YABL-dabba-do as charity fundraising dinner returns

HUNDREDS of people from the region’s finance and professional services community are to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support when the Yorkshire Asset Based Lending Dinner returns.
Lenders, bankers, corporate financiers and other professionals will gather at the fifth annual Yorkshire Asset Based Lending Charity Dinner on Thursday, April 14 in Leeds.
The event has raised tens of thousands of pounds for various charities over the past four years and become a popular and established fixture in the corporate event calendar.
Chris Silverwood, partner at Ethos Corporate Finance and founder of the event, said: “The asset based lending community is one of the great business success stories in Yorkshire and the North of England and while they know how to enjoy themselves, they also want to put something back by supporting great charities from the region.
“We are delighted the YABL Dinner is returning for a fifth time and we aim to make sure it is bigger and better than ever, giving the finance community the chance to get together, network and raise much needed funds for great causes.”
The black tie event, organised by Ethos Corporate Finance and COPA, is taking place at New Dock Hall at the Royal Armouries in Leeds and will be hosted by David Parkin, alongside some great entertainment. The main sponsor of the 2016 dinner will again be Ultimate Finance.
Tables of 10 at YABL are priced at £850 +VAT. To book a table or for sponsorship details or to donate an action or raffle prize, contact on liz@copasummit.com or 0113 892 1002, or go to www.yabl.co.uk for more information.
