Commuters warned of ‘severe’ delays after M62 crash

HIGHWAYS chiefs are warning motorists of “severe delays” on the M62 Westbound following a collision.

A crash involving a lorry and a car between J23-J22 has led to a lane closure.

Traffic was stopped for a while to allow for the air ambulance to land.  

Drivers are being encouraged to consider alternative routes or to delay their journey if at all possible.
