Appointments: Jones Myers, Close Brothers Motor Finance, Baltzersen’s

FAMILY law firm Jones Myers is expanding its office in Leeds following a raft of new appointments.

The divorce and finance team is joined by experienced solicitor Elizabeth Bell and Rosanna Kelly, a member of the West and North Yorkshire Young Resolution Committee.

Polly Coram and paralegal Kate Wootton join the contentious trusts and estates team, led by Martin Holdsworth, and individually ranked contentious probate lawyer in the Chambers 2016 guide.

Chris Bosworth of Close BrothersA DIRECTOR of strategy has been appointed at Close Brothers Motor Finance.

Chris Bosworth joins the leadership team in a newly created role. He will be supporting dealer partners and focusing on the strategy of the business as it finds different routes and products to market.

Prior to his appointment here, Mr Bosworth was on the Close Brothers team in London.

He started his career in investment banking, working with Europa Partners and Hawkpoint, now Canaccord Genuity.

MARKETING manager Helen Tennant joins Harrogate-based Scandinavian café Baltzersen’s.

She was previously an assistant manager and will be working alongside founder Paul Rawlinson to develop the digital presence of the business.

She will help to manage initiatives such as the rewards scheme on behalf of both the café and its evening service, Norse.

Paul Rawlinson said: “Helen has been working at Baltzersen’s for the past two and half years, she is familiar with how the business works and understands our ethos as an independent café. Her insight and knowledge of the day to day workings of the organisation means she is the perfect candidate to push our marketing activity forward.”
