Appointments: Wrigleys; CGL; Rudby Hall

LEEDS-based Wrigleys Solicitors has welcomed Maria Graylen and Caroline Hawcroft to its rural property team.
The firm said the pair will add support for the expanding numbers of clients with rural property interests.
Ms Graylen joins from Eversheds in Leeds and brings commercial property experience relevant to clients diversifying away from traditional rural income streams.
Ms Hawcroft joins from Heptonstalls in Goole where she worked in the agricultural team and will focus on work for farming families.

THE Harrogate office of CGL, the specialist geotechnical and geoenvironmental consultancy, has recruited Owen Flowers as engineer.
Mr Flowers gained engineering experience in the utilities sector working for Balfour Beatty which led to a desire for an engineering career.
Richard Pennock, regional director of CGL Harrogate, said: “Owen’s experience with one of the world’s major contractors in the utility sector and his desire for experience in the other sectors where we work complements both our recruitment and business development strategies.
“We are having a busy 2016 with new and existing clients in infrastructure, residential, commercial and retail sectors so Owen will strengthen the CGL Harrogate team’s experience and skills offered.”

THREE staff have been hired at Rudby Hall in Hutton Rudby near Stokesley as it progresses with its development plans for 2016.
The former royal residence, which opened in September 2014, is home to 13 suites and extensive wedding, corporate and events facilities set in 10 acres of land.
Owners Martin and Sandra Johnson, have created three new roles and recruited Michelle Ffitch as sales manager and Gabrielle Furness and Rosie Mills as duty managers.
Mr Johnson said: “This year will see us strengthen our team as we continually work to enhance what we offer. Since we opened, weddings and intimate events have proved very popular so we plan to build on this success. However, we have now invested further in our business facilities to offer something quite different and it’s great to have added three new members to our team who all bring some excellent experience from their various backgrounds.”
