Record year for PTSG as acquisitions boost profits

CASTLEFORD’S Premier Technical Services Group said it has achieved record sales as six acquisitions completed in 2015 are delivering “healthy contributions to turnover and profit.”

Ahead of its AGM today, chairman John Foley said the specialist equipment and services provider has seen record performances, particularly in the installation divisions, and that working capital use and profit levels are in line with the board’s expectations.

He said: “Our contract renewal rates remain high at 85% and the group has secured new contract wins across all its disciplines, including a number of multi-discipline framework agreements with new and existing customers.

“The six acquisitions completed in 2015 are delivering healthy contributions to turnover and profit and have been successfully integrated into the group.”

PTSG said it is confident that the business is in a strong position to continue to grow both organically and through “carefully selected acquisitions.”

The company specialises façade access and fall arrest equipment services, lightning protection and electrical testing, and high-level cleaning and training solutions.
