Law firm acquires newest Yorkshire office

LAW firm Switalskis Solicitors has opened a Huddersfield office.

The firm has acquired new premises at Norwich Union House on Huddersfield’s High Street.

Staff based at the firm’s office on Queen Street are moving to the newly-refurbished space.

It will base its clinical negligence team at the office, servicing clients across the North.

It is the 12th location in Yorkshire for Switalskis. It employs 250 people with offices in Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford and York.

Switalskis director Ranjit Uppal said: “We are delighted to have acquired new office space at Norwich Union House. The relocation of the Huddersfield team signifies Switalskis’ continuing success in Yorkshire.

“Looking ahead we are confident the new office will be able to accommodate our expanding teams, as well as provide a welcoming and professional setting in which to meet our valued clients.”

The Leeds office of property consultancy, Eddisons, acted on behalf of Switalskis Solicitors, with its agency team acquiring the space and it’s building and project consultancy team completing the office refurbishment.
