Former Savills directors recruited at retail specialist

SPECIALIST retail property consultants Barker Proudlove have recruited two Savills directors.

James Lamming joins as a director in the Leeds office after 10 years at the firm. He was previously the head of northern retail agency.

Former Savills associate director Phil Coombes is also joining and will work across the Manchester and Leeds offices.

The pair will work on shopping leasing constructions for major institutional Landlords including LaSalle Investment Management, Schroders, New River Retail and Ellandi.

Lamming brings over 3 million sq ft of shopping centre asset management and leasing instructions spread across the north of the country.

Along with the recruitment of Rebecca Heptonstall into the Leeds office, the Barker Proudlove team now extends to 10 fee earners.
