Law firm makes Park Place move
FAMILY and employment law specialists Consilia Legal have completed a move to 4 Park Place in Leeds just over a year after launching.
Consilia is moving into first floor offices adding up to 1,000 sq ft on a five-year lease.
The law firm launched in January 2015 made up of a team of four people, including Marie Walsh, Sally Clark, Laura Clapton and Caroline Acton.
Marie Walsh, director at Consilia Legal said: “We are thrilled to be in a position to take a lease at 4 Park Place, having started our business from serviced offices in 2014. The move is part of our plans to grow the business and follows two new additions to the Consilia Legal team.
“A lease means we have more flexibility and can make our own distinct mark on the offices. The central location is also fantastic for us. The offices give us room to expand the mediation side of the business as we intend to offer a full workplace mediation service from October 2016 and are expanding our family mediation service into Harrogate in September.”
Cameron Ritchie of Mawsons, who handled the letting of behalf of the landlord, said: “Having dealt with Marie Walsh and the team at Consilia Legal for some time in trying to assist with their office move, 4 Park Place proved to be a perfect fit for them. It not only provides a prime central location in the traditional professional area of Leeds but gives them an option to expand into an adjoining suite in the near future to accommodate their planned growth.”
Tom Wilson of Lupton Fawcett Denison Till acted for the Landlord; Consilia Legal were self-represented.
