Millionaire nutrition entrepreneur in high speed crash

THE multi-millionaire entrepreneur behind nutrition brand Maximuscle has been airlifted to hospital in Leeds following a crash in North Yorkshire.

Zef Eisenberg, who sold his Maximuscle brand to GlaxoSmithKline last year in a £162m deal, was participating in a high speed racing event at Elvington Airfield.

The 43 year-old former bodybuilder fell from his motorbike during a timed track run on Saturday afternoon.

The Straightliners Top speed meeting was the biggest land speed racing event of the year, and the team which Mr Eisenberg owns was hoping to set a new World Land Speed Turbine powered bike record.

The BBC has reported that he has a broken pelvis but is in “stable condition” and is being treated at Leeds General Infirmary.
