16,500 sq ft snapped up at North Yorkshire business park

A 16,533 sq ft modern hybrid warehouse/industrial unit on St James Business Park in Knaresborough has been let to Movianto UK, part of a US-based group which provides contract logistics solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.

CBRE’s Leeds industrial agency team secured the letting to Movianto UK, part of US based Owens & Minor (O&M) which is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.  

Jacques Esterhuizen, associate director at CBRE Leeds, said: “The amount of interest we had in this unit was testament to the demand for good quality, well located properties within the North Yorkshire market. We are very pleased to have secured Movianto for our client and I am sure they will thrive in this location.”

The new depot will go into full operation later this month following the completion of a programme of improvement works to the unit undertaken by Movianto.
