Digital marketing agencies expand at Harrogate office development

DIGITAL marketing agencies WMG and Ingenuity Digital, divisions of the IDHL Group, have expanded in Harrogate and taken on a larger office space at Central House.

IDHL is one of the fastest growing digital groups in the UK and is targeting £10.5m in revenues and £3m in net profit for 2016.

The company, which has offices in Harrogate, Wetherby and London and employs more than 100 staff, has made the move from Cardale Park to lease 9,767 sq ft at Central House.

The deal was brokered for the landlord’s investment managers CEG by national property consultant Carter Jonas.

Lisa Higham of IDHL said: “We have enjoyed huge growth over the last few years and we recently recruited ten new staff members to the marketing content team which meant we desperately needed more space.  Central House provides us with the space and quality that we need in a central location which will enable us to continue our growth.”

Chris Hartnell, associate with Carter Jonas, said: “We are delighted to welcome IDHL to Central House as they add to the list of quality occupiers already in situ such as Vp, High Street TV and Bluefin. It has been fantastic to see how they have delivered innovative features like active desks and a zen garden in a high quality working environment. We wish them all the best and hope that they continue to flourish in their new home.”

“Central House offers some great on-site amenities, ranging from healthcare and a nursery to a restaurant and café bar. Only three remaining suites are available to let in the building – testament to the fact that these high specification offices offer unrivalled facilities in the town which are in great demand.”
