M&S Simply Food celebrates Central Square launch

M&S Simply Food has opened its doors at Central Square in Leeds, bringing one of the largest range of ‘Food on the Move’ products in any of its stores nationwide to customers in the city.

The 34-strong team welcomed shoppers into the store, based in the heart of Leeds’ business district.

Th 3,100 sq ft site offers commuters breakfast and coffee break options with its new Barista Bakery concept, designed for customers to collect pastries and coffees when they are on the go.

A variety of M&S’s everyday essentials, delicatessen foods and prepared meals will also be available.

David Elsworth, store manager, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have opened our doors and the team have worked extremely hard to prepare for today’s launch. We’re confident that the store will be a fantastic addition to Central Square Leeds.”
