Administrators seek buyer for waste management business

THE administrators at Chesterfield waste management firm Re-Use Sales say they haven’t made any redundancies at the firm and are actively seeking a buyer.

Christopher Brown and Emma Legdon were appointed as administrators of Re-Use Sales 4 November 2016.

The Chesterfield-based company which operates predominantly throughout Derbyshire and into South Yorkshire, is a waste management and skip hire business based in Clay Cross.

The company which has been trading for over 20 years and employs eleven people, all of whom are currently being retained by the administrators.

Brown said: “The directors reacted quickly following the issue of a winding up petition by HM Revenue & Customs and sought expert professional advice. The administrators are continuing to trade the business whilst it is marketed for sale.”
