City Point full after law firm letting

A 61,500 sq ft Leeds office building, which was acquired by Redefine International last year, has reached full occupancy for the first time following a deal with a law firm.

On behalf of Redefine International, which bought City Point in March, property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has let office space to Blacks Solicitors.

Blacks has taken the second floor of the building on a 10 year lease.

The 11,000 sq ft space will allow the law firm to consolidate its office space from two separate buildings to one single floor.

Richard Dunn, head of office agency at Sanderson Weatherall in Leeds, said: “It’s fantastic to see City Point fully occupied, and I am delighted to have acted on behalf of Redefine International on letting the remaining space. City Point will provide Blacks Solicitors with prominent, Grade A office space, in a prime business district location.”

Sanderson Weatherall and JLL acted on behalf of Redefine International, and WSB on behalf of Blacks Solicitors.
