Care group snaps up Yorkshire home

Nottingham healthcare business Every Sensation Care has acquired a Yorkshire care home to add to its portfolio.

Every Sensation, based in the Hyson Green area of Nottingham, has acquired a 40-room care centre in Doncaster.

Adeline House is a purpose-built home on a single level for people over 65 with physical disabilities.

The company, which was established in 2016, and employs 35 staff. The business is family owned by Directors Rahmeez Younas and Mohammad Zulfiqar who have over eighteen years’ experience in the industry.

Rahmeez Younas, Director of Every Sensation Care Ltd, said: “We have been looking to expand the business for some time and when this home became available we knew it would fit with our existing care offering. We are looking to build on the reputation of the home and offer comprehensive care to our clients.”

Funding for the new home was provided by Barclays. Alan Mele, relationship director at Barclays in Nottingham said: “Rahmeez and Muhammad have a wealth of expertise in the industry and I am delighted we have been able to support them realise the growth ambitions of the business.”
