ICT firm logs in with Concordia Works letting

The Concordia Works in Leeds has secured its third deal since the recent completion of a major refurbishment.
Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, represented by Savills, has let office space at the building in Leeds city centre to Caldero.
The ICT firm has agreed a new five-year lease for 4,828 sq ft across the ground and lower ground floors.
The deal is the third to be secured at the property since the recent completion of a major refurbishment, following lettings to Yonder Consulting and Bark & Bite in late 2016.
Concordia Works, which dates back to the early 20th Century, offers 13,922 sq ft of warehouse-style office space.
Paddy Carter, associate director in the offices team at Savills Leeds, said: “The combination of quirky period features, high spec office space and a central location at Concordia Works is proving attractive to a wide range of occupiers. This letting is the third to complete in as many months and we now have just one floor remaining.”
