The Whole Caboodle pips rivals to hotel contract win

LEEDS-based agency The Whole Caboodle (TWC) has been appointed by Principal Hayley Hotels to handle its marketing including an extensive national consumer and trade advertising campaign.
TWC beat off six other competing firms to represent the Harrogate-based hotel group, which boasts a property portfolio of more than 20 four and five star hotels and conference venues in the UK and Europe including The Met in Leeds and The Royal York Hotel in York.
The team, which is led by account director Diane Dobson, will help “evolve” the hotel chain’s identity and repositioning the brand through national consumer and trade advertising campaigns.
