Appointments strengthen team at DLA Piper
LAW firm DLA Piper has appointed three new partners and two legal directors to its Leeds team.
Roger McCourt and David Young have been appointed as partners in the firm’s litigation and regulatory department, while John Gallon has become a partner in the office’s corporate team.
Former associates Louise Hendry and Jane Hannon have been promoted to legal directors in employment, pensions and benefits.
DLA Piper office managing partner, Neil McLean, said: ‘We are delighted to recognise the hard work and talent of John, Roger and David by inviting them to join the partnership.”
The promotions are the latest in a series for the firm. Seven solicitors from its Leeds office were promoted to associates on January 1.
