Appointments: Emsleys adds to personal injury team; Three hires at SIV; and more

EMSLEYS, the solicitors and estate agents practice with offices throughout West Yorkshire, has expanded its personal injury department with two new hires.
Donna Moran and Donna Nortcliffe have been appointed as legal executives.
Donna Nortcliffe said: “I am looking forward to working with my case load and to building up strong relationships with my clients.”
Donna Moran added: “After five years in my previous role I wanted to move on and progress to the next stage of my career. Working for Emsleys provides me with a range of clients with varying cases, making the job all the more interesting.”

LEISURE operator Sheffield International Venues (SIV) has made three new appointments to its marketing team.
Ponds Forge International Sports Centre’s new marketing and promotions manager is Neil Ellis, who brings a wealth of experience from his background in marketing for a large music entertainment group.
Mark Leeson has been appointed as Don Valley Stadium’s new marketing executive, overseeing the development of promotional campaigns at the venue.
Ged Lightfoot has taken the position of marketing and promotions assistant, responsible for the foodetc brand across SIV’s portfolio of 15 venues.

“Together, they bring a wealth of experience from a variety of fields within marketing. LAW firm Beachcroft has announced the appointment of four new associates.
Louise Bloomfield, employment and pensions, Joanne Neale, healthcare and clinical risk, Claire Randall-Smith, professional and financial risk, and Noleen Wilson, professional and financial risk, have all been promoted at the Leeds office.
Simon Hodson, Beachcroft’s senior partner, said: “Four of the new associates trained with the firm and we hope that they, like all of our new associates, will be here to help shape and grow the firm for a long time to come.”

DISPUTE resolution and contractual advice consultancy Trett Consulting, which has an office in Leeds, has announced the appointment of Alastair Farr as managing director.
Mr Farr will oversee the company’s worldwide operations which cover the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and USA.
Mr Farr has worked at Trett Consulting since 1991, most recently as director of the company’s London office.
He has over 24 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industries.
Trett Consulting has been part of the 11,000 strong Grontmij group since its acquisition in 2008 and Mr Farr will oversee Trett Consulting’s development within the wider Grontmij group.
As part of his appointment, he will also join the UK & Ireland leadership team of Grontmij.
