Imageco launches new division

IMAGECO, the Leeds-based print and retail graphics company, has created a new division dedicated to providing bespoke visual merchandising solutions.

The new department will specialise in the design, production and fit-out of both visual merchandising and in-store presentations.

Imageco has already helped firms such as fashion chain Peacocks and lingerie firm Bravissimo but is hoping to extend its offer to include window systems, in-store hot spots and shop displays.

Co-owner of Imageco, Brian Plows, who will head up the new division, said”Imageco has been providing high-profile clients with visual merchandising solutions for several years and we decided that now was the right time to expand upon our expertise and launch a division dedicated solely to the specialism.

“It’s an area that’s continuing to flourish despite current economic conditions and the impact of the internet, with UK retail sales amounting to £265bn last year alone.”

He continued: “However, these same market conditions mean it’s becoming increasingly important for retailers to stand out from the crowd in order to continue enticing customers, which is where we come in.”

Imageco specialises in promotional, photographic and retail print including the production of large format, high quality display graphics for the retail and exhibition sectors, as well as the design, prototype and manufacture and installation of shop equipment and furniture.
