Mr Bryant is one of two partners who is leaving the Leeds office of the accountancy business.
An unnamed partner from PwC’s risk assurances team is also leaving. Mr Bryant is set to leave at the end of April.
A PwC spokeswoman confirmed the departures and said the partners would pursue other interests.
