Appointments: New FD for Transline Resource; YBAC appoints chairman; and more

INDUSTRIAL recruitment firm Transline Resource has appointed a new finance director to oversee the financial interface between its Halifax head office and its 35 satellite offices throughout the UK.

Leeds-based Jenni Hardy previously worked for Grant Thornton where she handled the audit of Transline Resource’s accounts.

She said: “With such rapid growth there is a need to restructure and financial organisation is at the very heart of that process. There is now a fantastic team in place and I’m confident we will rise to the challenge.”

Ms Hardy has already put systems in place for streamlining finances and ensuring the department works closely with the accounting department to improve overall efficiency.
