DSE is Bridlington ‘Business of the Year’

GENERATOR controller specialist Deep Sea Electronics was named ‘business of the year’ at the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce Bridling and Wolds Business Awards.

The company took the top prize after also winning in the ‘best international business’ category.

The awards were presented in a ceremony at The Spa, in Bridlington with the judges describing the standard of entries as “exceptionally high”.

The winners were:

Best Start Up Business – Marton Manor Farmshop and Tea Rooms, Sewerby

Best Small Business – Fish and Chips @ 149, Bridlington

Best Medium/Large Business – Muntons plc, Sewerby

Best Social Enterprise – The Hinge Centre, Bridlington

Best for Bridlington & Wolds – Wold Top Brewery, Wold Newton

Best International Business – Deep Sea Electronics, Hunmanby

Overall Business of the Year – Deep Sea Electronics, Hunmanby
