Poundland to create 30 jobs

BUDGET retailer Poundland is to create up to 30 jobs when it opens a new Yorkshire store next week.
Poundland will open the premises in Woolmarket, Pontefract.
The group has capitalised on the recession to grow its portfolio selling products at £1 each.
Poundland’s trading director, David Coxon, said: “The £1 price hasn’t changed since we opened our first store 20 years ago.”
