Appointments: New division head for recruitment firm; Trading controller joins Seabrook; and more

A BRADFORD recruitment and HR services firm is hitting the road with the addition of a new service to its portfolio.

Three months since its launch, Synergy People Solutions has introduced a new temporary recruitment division which specialises in logistics, supply chain and driver recruitment, providing temporary staff to organisations throughout Yorkshire.

Stuart Wilkinson has been appointed to head the new arm. He has 15 years experience in temporary recruitment through senior level operations roles in large national recruitment firms, as well as four years running his own recruitment business.

He said: “The candidates we are working with are mainly drivers covering all vehicle classes – from HGVs to forklift trucks.

“Every candidate undergoes strict quality checks before we’ll accept them onto our books and, if they don’t meet our criteria, they’ll be turned away.”
