Michael Taylor

“In every transaction there are inevitably junctions in the road where taking the wrong course can lead to disaster. I see my job as understanding the pitfalls on each path, alerting my clients to those pitfalls and their potential effect in good time and guiding them in the right direction. That is what I do.”

Michael is the head of the firm’s Banking unit and is recognised for his experience in advising banks and corporate borrowers on all aspects of corporate banking and acquisition finance. He has particular expertise in both bilateral and syndicated transactions including acquisition and property finance and development funding and restructuring.
