Following a degree in Advertising and Marketing, Paul’s 15-year career in digital marketing has seen him help businesses enhance their online presence and drive growth. His experience spans a broad range of industries and sectors, from retail and e-commerce to legal and technology, providing him with a unique understanding of client needs and market dynamics. Over the years, Paul has built a reputation for his ability to deliver results and manage complex projects.

His extensive knowledge of digital marketing was honed during 8 years at Epiphany Search (now Jaywing PLC). Starting as a Senior Account Manager, he quickly climbed the ranks to become Director of Client Operations, a role that saw him overseeing key client accounts and leading successful campaigns for high-profile brands such as Dixons Carphone and Irwin Mitchell. Throughout his time at Epiphany, Paul honed his skills in SEO, paid media and Conversion Rate Optimisation, working closely with clients to increase online sales, generate leads, and optimise user experiences.

Stints at agencies like MadeByPi and Onstate broadened his expertise in web development. Leading projects across platforms like Shopify, Umbraco, and Laravel, he was responsible for delivering cutting-edge e-commerce solutions and bespoke websites for clients, ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing strategies. This blend of technical knowledge and marketing experience has enabled Paul to bridge the gap between creative and development teams, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also meet client objectives.

As Head of Client Services at Ascensor, Paul oversees the agency’s account management and delivery teams. He plays a key role in leading discovery sessions with clients to identify their unique needs and goals, translating these into effective strategies that drive business growth. 

Paul’s client-first approach, combined with his experience in both marketing and development, allows him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of Ascensor’s clients.
