Yorkshire property company, Glentrool Estates Group, has let a 25,490 sq ft unit at Euroway Industrial Estate Bradford, to Quest Solutions on a 15-year lease agreement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Five months after being acquired by the group, the industrial estate has undergone an extensive refurbishment to provide high-quality space for its newest tenant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lauren O\u2019Toole, director at Glentrool Estate Group, said: “We are pleased to have acquired this building earlier this year and invested in a comprehensive refurbishment to provide a high-quality space for our new tenant, Quest Solutions, in such a short time frame. <\/span><\/p>\n

“Bradford’s strategic location within West Yorkshire, along with excellent transport links via the M62 motorway, makes it an attractive hub for industrial and distribution businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDespite strong demand, the supply of available industrial units has been relatively limited. <\/span><\/p>\n

“This scarcity of high-quality space emphasises the importance of strategic investments in new developments and refurbishing standing stock.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Glazing and fa\u00e7ade specialist, Quest Solutions, says it is confident the move to this location will enable it to further enhance operations and better serve clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

Simon Henry, from Quest Solutions, added: \u201cMoving premises was always going to be a daunting event for us here at Quest, but dealing with Lauren and Chris at Glentrool made the whole process run very smoothly. <\/span><\/p>\n

“The property itself is a rare find, offering a large manufacturing space along with sizeable offices and a great geographical location, further benefiting from a high standard of renovation. <\/span><\/p>\n

“We could not be happier with how the whole process went and have every confidence in a strong ‘landlord – tenant’ relationship during the next 15 years.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Matthew Ewin, associate director in industrial agency at Savills, Leeds, said: \u201cWe are pleased to have advised on the sale of this site in January and to have also facilitated it\u2019s letting during its refurbishment. <\/span><\/p>\n

“The successful letting of this unit is a significant milestone for both Glentrool Estates Group and Quest Solutions, underscoring their commitment to growth and excellence in the industrial sector.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
