A Wakefield-based civil engineering contractor specialising in water infrastructure has been acquired by United Living Group.<\/p>\n
Family-owned Peter Duffy, which was established in 1972 will become part of United Living\u2019s Infrastructure Services division, operating within the expanding water business.<\/p>\n

Following United Living\u2019s acquisition of water solutions provider AFECO in April 2024, this strategic acquisition of Peter Duffy marks another major step in the group\u2019s commitment to growing its presence in the UK\u2019s water sector, particularly in the high-demand area of wastewater services.<\/p>\n
These investments significantly strengthen United Living\u2019s credentials, capabilities, and capacity to support water and sewerage companies with critical wastewater infrastructure solutions.<\/p>\n
