Property business Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS) is in advanced discussions with potential occupiers for a new 110,000 sq ft office development at Whitehall Riverside, Leeds, which has been called “Z”.<\/p>\n

The business says the 11-storey building “represents a major investment in the future of Leeds.”<\/p>\n

It plans to bring forward the property as a key component of the wider Whitehall Riverside masterplan. This includes a new flagship CitiPark multi-storey car park and travel hub, offering 478 electric vehicle-enabled spaces to support sustainable commuting and future mobility.<\/p>\n

Craig Burrow, group property director at TCS, said: \u201cAs workspace continues to evolve, Z has been designed to be more than just a building.<\/p>\n

“Set within an unrivalled riverside location, it provides best-in-class, smart, energy-efficient office spaces, with the highest level of amenity. We are excited to be setting new standards with a new breed of workspace.”<\/p>\n

TCS adds the building\u00a0will be equipped with technologies that monitor air quality, occupancy, and energy usage in real time, enabling occupiers to make data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n

It will also feature flexible floorplates supported by a communal rooftop terrace and lounge areas along with meeting and event facilities.<\/p>\n

The ground floor will include a riverside terrace,\u00a0caf\u00e9, and social spaces designed to support both work and leisure.<\/p>\n
