Leeds fintech firm, Fintel has delivered a strong first half driven by strategic acquisitions and new product launches.<\/p>\n
In the six months to June 30, Fintel reported an 18.6% rise in total revenue to \u00a342m. <\/strong>Underlying organic growth stood at 4.2%,<\/strong> with SaaS & subscription revenues up 21.0% to \u00a324.2m.<\/p>\n Adjusted EBITDA rose to \u00a311.2m, up 17% from the prior year, though margin pressures slightly compressed. Fintel also boasts a healthy balance sheet: cash of \u00a38.4m and a new \u00a3120m revolving credit facility, offering significant headroom of \u00a381.5m. <\/span><\/p>\n The first half also saw Fintel complete the acquisition of Rayner Spencer Mills Research (RSMR) in January, enhancing its fund research and ratings capabilities. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Fintel CEO Matt Timmins said: \u201cFintel has delivered a strong first-half performance, with double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth reflecting the strength of our business model and the quality of our earnings.<\/p>\n \u201cWe have also made significant strategic progress, successfully integrating nine acquisitions into two complementary divisions.
