OptiBiotix Health has reported a period of strong growth in the first half, with turnover more than doubling year-on-year.<\/p>\n
In the six months to 30 June 2025, the life sciences business, which develops compounds to tackle obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes, delivered revenues of \u00a3557,000, up 102% from \u00a3276,000. Gross profit climbed 173% to \u00a3303,000, while the group reported a loss for the period of \u00a31.18m\u00a0 compared to \u00a31.34m in the same period last year.<\/p>\n
Stephen O’Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix Health, said: “The strong growth in 2024 has continued with increased momentum into H1 2025 and<\/span>\u00a0sales growth across all areas of business.
