Adjusted EBITDA dropped to $200k from $900k in the same period last year, while gross profit margin fell to 42% from 55%, reflecting lower production yields.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"1272\">The company\u2019s cash position weakened to $1.1m at 30 June 2025 from $1.9m at the end of 2024. Tissue Regenix also disclosed that a review of prior-year inventory and cost of sales estimates is underway, following a change in accounting teams, though revenue figures for FY 2024 are expected to remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1791\">Post-period management changes include the appointment of Jay LeCoque as executive chairman and Brandon Largent as interim CFO, alongside the resignations of two non-executive directors.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Lee, CEO of Tissue Regenix Group, said: &#8220;Although we have seen a downturn in trading in H1, with a resultant impact on our cash position, we remain confident in the underlying business and market opportunities for our leading products and superior technology. We expect both trading and cash to improve in the longer-term and our focus is to deliver sustainable revenue generating opportunities that accelerate earnings growth and our long-term profitability
