Leeds-based property consultancy Carter Towler has strengthened its operations with the acquisition of the Property Management division of AWS Property Consultants.<\/p>\n
As part of the deal, Rob Wright, director of AWS Property Management, and four members of his team have joined Carter Towler, enhancing the firm\u2019s management capability across Yorkshire and the North of England.<\/p>\n
Following the move, Carter Towler\u2019s property management department now comprises 35 surveyors, compliance, accounting and support staff, overseeing more than 6,500 tenancies nationwide.<\/p>\n
Rob Wright added: \u201cCarter Towler has one of the leading independent property management operations outside London, and we\u2019re excited to contribute to the next phase of its growth. We\u2019ll continue to work closely with AWS co-founder Nick Arundel to ensure continuity for long-standing client relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n
The acquisition follows Carter Towler\u2019s relocation last year to larger offices on Wellington Street in Leeds, a move designed to support the firm\u2019s long-term growth ambitions.<\/p>\n
