That partnership saw significant investment in AI innovation, product development, and expansion of the leadership and technical teams.<\/p>\n<p>The sale represents a strong return for YFM-managed funds and underlines the firm\u2019s ongoing track record of backing ambitious UK technology businesses from growth to successful exit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1620\">David Bell, senior portfolio partner at YFM, said: \u201cWe\u2019ve worked closely with Elucidat over the past few years, supporting its evolution and helping lay the foundations for future growth. This is a great strategic outcome for the business, and we\u2019re pleased to have played a role in its journey.
