Discussions are under way with major shareholders, and the board says it has \u2018clear indications of support\u2019 for a \u00a35m fundraise via a convertible loan note. Any deal, however, will require shareholder approval.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1838\">The development marks a sharp escalation in a saga that began last month, when the company stunned the market with news that revenues for the year ended 31 December 2024 would need to be restated. That announcement triggered the suspension of trading in its shares, the exit of its chief executive Daniel Lee, and raised immediate concerns over liquidity, governance and operational
