Tissue Regenix has issued a fresh update as it presses ahead with its planned cancellation of its AIM listing.<\/p>\n
The firm says it expects to remain solvent – assuming shareholders green-light resolutions at the general meeting on 22 December and an initial \u00a37.5m tranche of the previously announced Secured Convertible Loan Note is drawn down shortly after.<\/p>\n
However, the Leeds-based company conceded it cannot paint a definitive picture of the company\u2019s financial standing ahead of the expected cancellation date of 7 January 2026. As a result, ordinary shares will remain suspended.<\/p>\n
In recognition of shareholder interests post-delisting, Tissue Regenix plans to establish a matched bargain facility from 7 January – providing at least a year of alternative trading via matched bargains.<\/p>\n
The move underlines the deep financial and operational pressure on the firm. After a significant drop in market value and restatements to its 2024 results, the company triggered a suspension of trading earlier in October while it reassessed its position internally.<\/p>\n
