Together, these businesses serve over 900 wind turbines across the UK and Ireland and have remained profitable despite the challenges faced by their previous owner, Arena Capital Partners, which is in liquidation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1180\">The acquisition strengthens EGT\u2019s presence across key regions, with depots in Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, and Northern Ireland, and positions the company for growth in critical infrastructure services across renewable energy markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1175\">Cathal Friel, executive chair of EGT, said: \u201cEarthmill is a trusted partner for wind farm operators. This acquisition gives us an established platform in the UK and Ireland and positions us for strong growth in 2026 and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1415\">Dave Broadbank, Earthmill\u2019s managing director, said: \u201cJoining EGT allows our team to move faster while continuing to deliver high-quality services for our clients.
