Vamoosh is marking a major chapter in its growth story with a landmark US retail debut, launching in 600 Target stores across the country.<\/p>\n
Developed by Barnsley-based Cares Laboratory, Vamoosh – the original pet hair dissolver – is now set to reach millions of new consumers, signalling its most significant international expansion to date.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2016 and inspired by a simple but persistent problem – pet hair clogging fabrics – Vamoosh has spent the past decade building a reputation for breakthrough performance. Its patented technology dissolves hair within the washing machine using an active oxygen process, helping the brand carve out an entirely new category in laundry care.<\/p>\n
Since its commercial launch in 2017, the company has sold millions of units and secured distribution in over 5,000 UK retail outlets. Its continued success has been driven by a focus on solving real consumer pain points, from washing machine hygiene to fabric care and stain removal.<\/p>\n
The Target rollout will initially feature Vamoosh\u2019s hero products, including the pet hair dissolver and washing machine cleaner, with plans to introduce additional innovations and limited editions throughout 2026.<\/p>\n
