A facade contractor is targeting a pipeline of £100m across the North and Midlands after turnover more than tripled in three years.

CCL Facades, the specialist facade division of Caddick Construction Group, achieved a £9.6m turnover for its first full trading year ending August 2024. This is projected to grow to £13.1m and £16m respectively for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial years.

The Wakefield-headquartered business has grown from a team of nine to 29 employees since its establishment in 2022, when Caddick Construction Group acquired assets and IP from Speedclad.

Tony Blake, managing director at CCL Facades, said: “Our journey over the past three years has been one of transformation and growth. From a small, specialist team, we’ve built a dynamic, award-winning business delivering some of the most technically advanced facades in the UK.”

“We’re proud to be strengthening our partnerships both within and beyond the Caddick Group, and our £100m pipeline reflects the confidence our clients place in us.”

To date, CCL Facades has delivered more than £40m of projects, completed 26 schemes, and has 10 projects live on site, with a further 22 projects in the pipeline valued at approximately £99m.

The business operates across the North West, North East, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with a portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, and education projects. This includes One City Park in Bradford where CCL Facades delivered curtain walling and bespoke GRC fin solutions.

CCL Facades has partnerships with BAM, Eric Wright, Shepherd Group and Lindum, with 65% of its turnover coming from external clients.

The business is also expanding the reach of Speedpanel, a patented A2-rated glass spandrel panel system, together with its aluminium powder-coated alternative.

CCL Facades was named Winner at the 2024 Facade Awards UK, and was nominated in 2025 for two schemes.

In its last financial year, parent company Caddick Construction Group reported a turnover of £356m, a pre-tax profit of £8m and a forward order book of over £750m.
