An initial \u00a3115.4m has already been received, with the balance due by the end of July following standard completion adjustments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"796\">The immediate impact is financial firepower -and much of it is heading back to investors. The board plans a tender offer at 160p per share, expected to return more than \u00a390m, with full details due in June and settlement anticipated in July. There is also scope for share buybacks, though only where pricing is deemed attractive.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"1031\">At the same time, Redcentric is tightening its balance sheet. Its revolving credit facility will be cut from \u00a360m to \u00a330m, with drawn debt reduced to around \u00a319m &#8211; signalling a clear preference for modest leverage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1303\">Strategically, the move completes the separation of its data centre and managed services operations, leaving a more focused, less capital-intensive business. The board believes the remaining MSP arm has sufficient resources and cash generation to support organic growth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1618\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Chairman Richard McGuire described the deal as crystallising value while allowing management to concentrate fully on the core business. The bet now is straightforward: a simpler, service-led model, backed by cash returns and a stronger balance sheet, will prove more compelling to both customers and
