Revenue remained flat at \u00a31.22m.<\/p>\n<p>Gross profit margin slipped to 60% from 62%, while cash balances reduced from \u00a33.08m to \u00a31.49m. The business remains debt-free.<\/p>\n<p>Tan Delta said the increased losses reflected higher overheads as it expanded customer support activities to help progress a growing number of commercial trials towards fleet-wide rollouts.<\/p>\n<p>The company develops real-time oil condition monitoring technology used by industrial and commercial equipment operators to improve maintenance, reliability and asset performance.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the financial losses, the group said its commercial opportunity pipeline had more than doubled during the year, increasing from around \u00a335m to more than \u00a375m.<\/p>\n<p>Among the key developments were a strategic agreement with Shell Marine, a second phase evaluation with what the company described as the world&#8217;s largest online retailer, and a new programme with a major baggage handling operator.<\/p>\n<p>Chief executive Chris Greenwood said the business was continuing to make progress towards large-scale customer adoption.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Multiple customers are progressing paid-for evaluations of our real-time oil analysis solutions with a view to future fleet rollouts and long-term adoption,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We currently have visibility of future prospects potentially worth more than \u00a375m.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Greenwood said industrial operators typically take a cautious approach when adopting technologies that become embedded in maintenance operations, resulting in lengthy evaluation and validation processes before deployment decisions are made.<\/p>\n<p>He added that increasing market awareness and a growing base of customer trials were creating momentum, although supporting those opportunities had required greater operational resources and investment.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, Tan Delta said it expects a number of ongoing evaluations to progress towards commercial rollout decisions during the latter part of 2026, with wider adoption expected to build thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>The company said demand for predictive maintenance technologies continues to be driven by pressure on operators to reduce costs, improve reliability, extend
