Private equity firm Endless has acquired surface finishing specialist Anochrome Group in a management buyout that ends decades of family ownership.<\/p>\n
The deal sees Leeds-headquartered Endless take ownership of the corrosion protection and coatings specialist, which has been trading for more than 80 years and operates six manufacturing facilities across the UK, Poland and the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n
Walsall-based Anochrome supplies surface coatings, corrosion protection and thread-locking sealant services to customers across a broad range of sectors including automotive, construction, industrial fixings, motorsport and renewables.<\/p>\n
The business processes tens of millions of components each week and has built a reputation as a specialist provider of high-performance finishes for manufacturers operating in demanding environments.<\/p>\n
The transaction marks a significant milestone for the business, with the management team, led by group chief executive Mark Jones, partnering with Endless to drive future growth.<\/p>\n
Jones said the deal represented an evolution rather than a departure from the company’s existing strategy.<\/p>\n
