Luxury hotel Grantley Hall has expanded its North Yorkshire estate through the acquisition of a 44-acre mixed-use land and property portfolio adjoining the existing site.<\/p>\n
The acquisition forms part of the group’s long-term growth plans and is expected to provide additional space and flexibility as the award-winning hotel continues to evolve its offering and explore future development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Grantley Hall, near Ripon, is regarded as one of the UK’s leading luxury hospitality destinations and has invested significantly in the estate since opening following a major restoration project.<\/p>\n
The newly acquired land sits adjacent to the existing estate and will support the group’s wider strategy to enhance the guest experience, create opportunities for future growth and address operational constraints as the business continues to expand.<\/p>\n

The transaction involved multiple land titles and was completed following a six-month process involving legal and property advisers.<\/p>\n
Law firm Flint Bishop advised Grantley Hall on the acquisition, with its commercial property team leading on the legal aspects of the deal.<\/p>\n
