Intellectual property law firm Withers & Rogers has relocated its Sheffield office to new premises in the city centre as part of its long-term growth strategy.<\/p>\n

The firm has moved into 4,127 sq ft of Grade A office space on the second floor of 1 St Paul’s Place, creating a new base designed to support flexible working, collaboration and client engagement.<\/p>\n

The relocation reflects the firm’s continued investment in Yorkshire, where it has operated from Sheffield since 2009, advising businesses ranging from start-ups to established manufacturers and international technology companies.<\/p>\n

The move comes as Yorkshire continues to strengthen its reputation as a hub for innovation, with growth across sectors including software, advanced materials, cleantech, packaging and medical technology.<\/p>\n

Gemma McGeough, partner and head of the Sheffield office at Withers & Rogers, said: “Our move to 1 St Paul’s Place marks an exciting new chapter for our Sheffield team.
