<\/p>\nFW Capital has promoted Paul Wainwright to fund manager, enhancing its senior leadership team responsible for supporting SMEs with funding to assist growth.<\/p>\n
Based in FW Capital\u2019s Sheffield office at the Electric Works, Wainwright has more than 38 years\u2019 experience working across business lending and credit risk management.<\/p>\n
He joined the FW Capital team in 2025 as senior investment executive and prior worked at The FSE Group, British Business Bank, Yorkshire Bank and NatWest.<\/p>\n
His promotion to fund manager means he will lead an established team of dedicated investment executives who are delivering debt funding to businesses across South Yorkshire through the South Yorkshire Debt Fund.<\/p>\n

Leeds-based immersive visual technology specialist Apollo3D has appointed Joe Langley as business development manager.<\/p>\n
The appointment follows a \u00a3100,000 funding boost to scale operations at Apollo3D, expand its technical capabilities, and meet rising commercial demand.<\/p>\n
Based in Otley, the firm converts physical sites into hyper-accurate digital twins, interactive virtual walkthroughs, CGI visualisations, and web platforms for clients across the UK and internationally.<\/p>\n
Langley brings a strong background in commercial property and client relations. He spent seven years in estate agency, starting at age 17 and progressing to branch manager. During that time, he gained a Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice and Practice (CePAP).<\/p>\n
His hands-on experience in property marketing gave him early exposure to the power of immersive visual assets, particularly when presenting spaces online to buyers making significant financial decisions.<\/p>\n
Moving into branch management broadened his focus to generating opportunities, developing teams, and building long-term client partnerships.<\/p>\n
At Apollo3D, he will focus on introducing the firm\u2019s suite of services including digital twins, virtual tours and CGI to sectors with untapped potential, such as manufacturing, large-scale retail, hospitality, and commercial development.<\/p>\n
Over the next 18 months, his goal is to establish Apollo3D as the go-to partner for organisations looking to transform how they manage, present, and interact with physical environments.<\/p>\n

Jacob Parsons has joined JM Finn as a wealth planner in the firm\u2019s York office.<\/p>\n
Reporting to Anna Murdock, head of wealth planning, Parsons will focus on helping clients navigate and simplify their financial challenges.<\/p>\n
