Property consultancies Carter Towler and GV&Co, acting on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Management, asset managers for Ares Management, have secured new lettings at Gildersome Spur, Leeds.<\/p>\n
It follows a comprehensive refurbishment programme at the industrial estate, which is five miles south of Leeds city centre.<\/p>\n
Gildersome Spur extends to approximately 465,719 sq ft of industrial and warehouse accommodation across a 25-acre site. Units range in size from 5,000 sq ft to 46,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n
Unit L has been let to ARC Building Solutions Ltd, which has taken additional space to support its continued expansion alongside its existing occupation at Unit J.<\/p>\n
ARC Building Solutions develops solutions which safeguard buildings from the spread of fire, heat loss, and intrusive noise – helping to create safer, more sustainable spaces for people to live and work.<\/p>\n
Unit D1 has also been let to Apollo Healthcare Technologies, which is its second unit on the estate, doubling the overall space.<\/p>\n
Three units remain available providing 15,000 sq ft, 20,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n
